From 2020 to 2021, I served as the Art Director for Ironbird Creations on the production of the vertical slice Kordian’s Ballad in Krakow, Poland. In this role, I supervised a multi-functional team of nine people, guiding the project from ideation to completion. My responsibilities included creating art guidelines, refining and coaching artists, incorporating and exploring the game’s director’s suggestions and directives, resolving questions and concerns, and coordinating the overall vision with the art team.
